Culinary Academy


The San Fernando High School Culinary Arts Academy is committed to providing an education that will help students achieve their full potential through instruction that emphasizes professionalism and technique. We will accomplish this by creating an environment that nurtures excellence, critical thinking, ownership, collaboration and creativity in all students. Through project-based learning, this program prepares future leaders and innovators in the Foodservice and Hospitality industry and beyond.
